a slight delay in check-in occurred due to the high occupancy rate, but the staff worked diligently to resolve it quickly.

underwhelming stay. service need improvement.

dirty roomtrain noise
The service wasn't great, i expected better. our room wasnt properly cleaned upon arrival. later i discoverd a pool of water in the bathroom, this posed a slip hazard. also, the noise from nearby trains was a distraction. It reminded me of they was passing right by the room.
